Sometimes information one gets is sooo good, one is afraid to tell anyone about it! Such is the case when I finished reading your last post. Wow, that's MAJOR bucks you are talking about. Now you've got me thinking about what I should do with my entire portfolio. My entire IRA and some savings are in ALYD, the rest of my savings I use for daytrading the semis (Yes, that's probably the opposite of what most people would do, but, hey, I guess I'm not most people ). I'm starting to think maybe I should try to time the Smith Barney and/or Dupont announcements for a possible daytrade. I say "possible" because if the stock keeps going up, I'm holding. If it goes up high enough so that the forces of the market dictate it will retrace, then I'll sell into the news and buy back again later. Of course my core holding will stay untouched. What timeframes do you have on any of this stuff? Thanks again for your informative post. I didn't think it was possible for me to get any more excited than I already was about ALYD. I guess I was wrong! - Jeff
