You have the move down from the Nov. 04 top as an abc. I have it as a '5'. Here is my take. Hence I do not have a complex correction for the segment from the '03 top as you do. I have a 335 from that top.

Does it really make any difference? Whether it's a 335 or an ABC-X-ABC, it's still a "three" - a correction - and the implications are bullish.

As far as trading goes, this is the essence of the game, isn't it... you keep find structures which - no matter how you interpret them - lead to the same thing, and you play off them. And as you find more reliable, definable structures, your confidence in the larger picture will - naturally - grow.

You are advocating a strict "bottom up" approach, and seem to think that the "top down" way of looking is a mistake. But maybe the answer is in the middle.
