Well the gospels and Koran are not the same, of course, except maybe from the point of view you hold. Alot of folks consider Jesus and the Scriptures as an easy out for things. "God forgives" ya know. Once you start reading them and try to follow them you will indeed find that accepting and following Jesus are two entirely different tasks. Accepting requires you to look inside, following requires you change your life. Bush did collect alot of Christian voters by professing his own Christian beliefs. Alot of people were reassured to have a God fearing President. Kerry is blantantly false in his statements. I think he has a faith of convenience. As far as tolerance, I guess I have figured out it is really not mine to worry about how someone else may live or what choices they may make. I can offer to help, talk, or whatever, but it is not my place to judge. I need so much work on myself, how can I even attempt to judge another? hehehe Believe as you will, hopefully, one day you will read the Scriptures and your eyes will be opened and you will believe in Him. The future is not exactly bright or those that do not choose Him. Eternal future, not the next 50 years kind of future.......
