Heard rumours about the split and the Canadian Security Commission has finally approved the deal. So it looks like lrdr will become Explore's Alliance. Talked to management, and have confirmed that it has been approved, I think it is 5 for 1, I am not sure of details. Should be trading as Explore's Alliance by the later part of January. This has taken thirty month to do. Has anyone else heard anything similar to this.
