Bill I have had major preocupations.. and so I have not done any analysis lately. Todays action sucked.. down for the day on heavy volume.. although we were up some of the time so.. I didn't get a feel for the close or anything..maybe tomorrow I will pay attention to the close. this quarter earnings are starting to appear and they are burning cash and will continue to do so until production and distribution of LIDAKOL happens.. yes its expected to pass and the FDA is expected to approve it... educated speculation.. after all they have passed in Europe and twice in the US already that is counting the still active LIdakol placebo recommended by FDA to begin with... San Diego Stock Report says tests results for LIDAKOL are due late July early August and so the stock may go lower due to eps and then higher on good news... it could be harder than anticipated to make money in the stock until the drug is approved and in production... but these are all possibilities.. thats all. Bud near target is 3 or 4 dollars not 6 or 7 anymore..until drug is approved.. but he still gave it a speculative buy and a whole page reiterating his Jan reports prediction. Bud is very good although often times you wait a little longer for results than your patiente can tolerate it and then you go back and say shhhhhhht.. Bud was right.. seen it happen time and again.. so longer term we are ok near term we may see weakness.. Another positive is they should announce going into phase III with Kaposi Sarcoma.. and eventually LMI..as well so there is lift in the stock and we might be early to the trade.. Can we handle anymore near term weakness... I don't know I am getting weary of these value investments.. sure like to catch me a nice pop..but it can not be forced it needs to just happen...and I just don't see any excitement out there.. what do you think. luis
