I don't think it makes a bit of difference I am sad to say...Even if you can excuse the voting public for putting Clinton in office the first time (we'd all have to agree what an inept campaign GHWB, Sr. ran) he was a well known liar and scumbag by the time he was elected the second time....American voters will vote in droves for lying hucksters like the Clintons every time....because they think there is something in it for them.... J.
