I tend to agree with you here. It could possibly be good for CUBE. I think the selling of semi equipment companies and semi companies was WAY OVERDONE on Thursday and Friday. I see no fundemental slow down in chip demand, so if higher cost of capital slows down growth in Asia, American and European companies will just pick of the slack. Someone is going to have build lots of chips over the next few years. The only way that this crisis would really effect American semi companies would be if lots of major Japanesse banks failed leading to a worldwide depression. I think that is EXTREMELY UNLIKELY, and in that case it probaly doesn't matter what you're invested in (maybe a money market account would be best).
