CONFERENCE CALL

Dave, thanks for your overview of the conference call. A couple more things from the conference:

- The slower growth for product licenses was solely because service revenue came in higher and Wind simply subtracted it from $24M to get their product revenue(just as Prof. Benn stated). Product backlog increased slightly and overall demand remains strong.

- DSP: Although revenue contributions will be small for the next couple of years, Wind River is working with all the key players.

- NC: Things are constantly changing at NCI, but they remain a good customer of Wind River.

- PRISM+: Beyond what Dave mentioned, Wind stated that they still don't consider INTS a significant competitor. Many INTS offices are still showing old tools instead of PRISM+.

Regards,
Jason
