You mean like a few atheists suing everyone about crosses and biblical references like in San Diego and the like?

That's not the point - the presentation and discussion of theories in a class room setting is what teaches people to think if done by a competent teacher. I understand your fear "they" are trying to replace the currently more acceptable theory, but it is in fact a theory and I doubt this will create a nation of "magic hand" creationists any more than having a Christmas party in grade school will create christians or belief Santa actually lives at the north pole.
