Here is the link to their announcement:
Williams Announces Quarterly Cash Dividend
Williams’ ( WMB) board of directors has approved a regular dividend of $0.64, or $2.56 annualized, on the company’s common stock, payable March 28, 2016 to holders of record at the close of business March 14, 2016.

The new amount is an increase of $0.06, or 10 percent, from the first-quarter 2015 dividend.

Williams has paid a common stock dividend every quarter since 1974.

------------------------------------------------------------

The increase is from the amount paid 1st quarter 2015 not last quarter. Tricky wording as it represents no change in the amount paid in Q4 2015 which was $0.64/share. Still pretty good when KMI slashed their dividend by 75%.
