I think fed will not raise rates but they will take up a tightening bias. This would be worse short-term for the markets than a rate hike would be, IMHO. If they hike now then the Big Bad Event is out of the way. If they don't but take up a tightening bias then the market will obsess about it until it happens. DELL is still on my probation list Did you see on CNBC this morning when the ratings cut was announced one of the guys started talking about DELL's poor service and how the only response he got in regards to his laptop problem was when he called the Special Number for the Powerful? That's NOT the sort of word-of-mouth you want as a DELL shareholder, especially on a national financial channel ...
