Richard I hope you found out what the problem was with your fan. Its on my to-do list... you should not upgrade your BIOS if you are not having system problems Too late.. I flashed the mother..board that is, last nite. I saw that comment on Aopens page, but went ahead anyway. Everything seems ok. The upgrade puts several new settings in various setups without any references(to these new settings) in the online manual. I've posted to their mobo newsgroup about info on the new settings. There's supposed to be another newsgroup called aopen.service.announce on their news server where this might be posted. But its not listed along withtheir other newsgroups. I don't much care for newsgroup based tech support... Clarence
