I understand what you mean and look at the internet stocks same way.
You will find *some* inuts making money.

But the whole lot of others flying for some time but won't make it and hence be wiped off.

The e*tailers are a good example, they are leading the current crisis by 1 month. (AMZN nonperforming but effectively all other e*tailers in the doldrums, check out Etys, eggs, vusa, CDNW, whatever you wish).
