NMSCA up strong today on + earnings. I would not chase, but its selling near book value ($2.40) with over $1 in cash and earnings of 0.26/share. 4Q came in very well at 0.10/share. P/E of 10 with EPS growth of over 100%. Revenues flat for year but up in 4Q. Stock is volatile with thin float and strong inside ownership.
