I went to 100% invested on 8/16. My view was that we would have a short term rally. I'm still 100% invested and in fact, a little into margin.

Over the last couple of weeks, the selling rallies have seen less and less selling volume. The buying volume has increased on the days where the Dow finished up, as noted by the volume bars on this chart.

Also note how relative strength keeps rising. I find this bullish.

I'm not sure how long the rally will continue and won't have a clearer picture until next week, but for now, I'm on the side of an up September.

I also like the way we're seeing many more stocks hitting new highs and fewer stocks hitting new lows.

And I like the Advance-Decline ratio.

I can't post a TCNet chart yet (I'm in the process of learning how to do it) but TSV, which is an indicator that measures accumulation, is above the zero line and getting stronger. I use a 31 day time period to measure TSV.

Money stream is also bullish and climbing.

So for now, I'm on the side of this September bucking the trend and finishing higher.

I may change my mind next week with my personal portfolio but for your survey, put me down as an up September.
