In answer to your other question, FREE has 1,007,320,000 shares outstanding and 153,040,000 shares in its float. Ten shares make up one ADR so FREE has 100,732,000 ADRs outstanding and 15,304,000 ADRs in the float. The ADR information can be found on the Hoover's site:
