I think it looks exceptionally good. It's not often that you can buy a dividend producing stock at a traditional discount. Last year the stock sold at a P/E of 26. I was trying to get into WSRN to finish some research but I did find this stock screener:

dailystocks.net

Looks like NCT falls short on some other traditional comparisons to industry peers? Oh well, no company is perfect.
