AS, bad news for Kerry and the Democrats. Overseas military personnel will be able to vote via the internet in 2004. Since so many military members claim Florida as their home state (due mainly to no state income tax), that means Florida goes to the Republican candidate. Good luck against Jeb in 2008. :)
