jailed? On what charges? Being ripped out of their homes and put in foster homes is "Jail" to me. The kids and their Mothers have done little or nothing criminal. Go after the Fathers for welfare fraud and polygamy if you must. They never end up giving jail time to the mothers for polygamy in these cases. And end up returning the children to them. But by this time, their homes have been ruined by the state break ins, and the mothers and kids end up in much worse welfare circumstances than they were in when their homes were broken into. It's "Ham Sandwich" prosecution by a DA who wants to run for statewide office.
