Your right Paul E. Paul is one of the prime examples of those that were burned by NOVL and is now Burning green that NOVL has left him behind.

And Lyle, one thing that an investor must not do - he/she should not let past experiences and related emotions be a major factor to making future investment decisions. Those that were burned and dumped at $7 - $9 early last year would have enjoyed the recent ride.

Paul and I had some big "heated discussion" about this issue early this year when Paul slammed me for making NOVL predictions based on my understanding of how NOVL and its products will affect NOVL's price in the future. Paul continually quoted past NOVL trends and "gloom&Doom" NOVL sales statistics compared to MSFT. I think we know which method and predictions were more accurate and effective.

Intimately know the company you want to invest in and how it fits into the industry it belongs in. Current and future company / industry / market dynamics will beat legacy events and statistics almost all the time. Why - because one method looks at where the company is going and the other looks are what the company has done. Investors dont invest into the past - now do they.
