Wrong-- Its about power, greed, and protecting your market share of a commodity. Why do you think Diamond Fields traded where it did? It was because with such a rich deposit the world's price of a commodity could be controlled.

This stock is currently very undervalued regardless of the timeline to production and thus is vulnerable to a take over bid. JMO
