How do you know when a politician is lying? Check for a pulse. LOL! Actually, liars are not the worst type - that's another reason I'd prefer Hillary if we are destined to have a Dem in the Oval Office. The worst are the sincere ones, who think they can change the world and improve human nature for the better. Guys like Mussolini - or, Lenin, for that matter - were true visionaries, people of great intellects and deep beliefs. That's the most dangerous kind - unless their one overriding belief is respect for individuals and their rights. That was obviously not the case with the leaders mentioned above. Nations are much better off having a functional political structure and half way decent functionaries running it. Screw great leaders.
