Is it your opinion that I should not remove IE6.0 the way "cow" is saying? Harold No I am not saying that. If when you installed AOL it contained a branded Internet Explorer browser then removing IE 6.0 is a reasonable path to take. I'll ask again,what version of AOL do you have installed? Did your present problems occur after making a change in AOL versions,IE version or any other changes that come to mind? Hang tight,a resolution will happen. Ed
