Wouldn't know about Heroin - but smokers are expert quiters, just ask one how many times they've quit. My first real time quiting was six months long, one visit from out of town friends and a trip to the bar and it only took one cigarette.

Just time away from the desk, even at home I used to watch the critters from the porch at odd hours. Never really got into the meal cigarettes or after "roll" ones. Mostly a stress smoker.
