actually, Gus is away for a month, and I was gone this whole week, and am borrowing someone elses' internet connection. I have been away working and am now on vacation, and no, I am Not scouting out the courtroom! If I had that kind of money I'd simply buy more AXC with it. I'm guessing Mitsu will be settling out of court, but then they've been pressing it this far so maybe they'll take it all the way to the bitter end. No idea if this involves money, other than back royalties. I'll be back at my own computer on Wednesday. Just for your titillation, last time I was away from my computer was November 22 and 23, so maybe between now and Wednesday when I get home something good will happen to the price? ;-)
