the other issue is that to hire a US worker, US companies have to pay payroll taxes and other taxes, and to hire an indian worker offshore, US companies are exempt from all forms of indian taxes. These are the kind of things that the US government should be dealing with to at least level the playing field because of course there are always other places in the world where labor is cheaper than here. I blame the current administration for their lack of concern for new college graduates unable to find work here.
