From what I've read MJ, there really aren't "so many" polygamists ....at least in the Fundamentalist LDS (they go by FLDS)....I've read from 8,000-10,000 in the US. Compared to 300,000,000, it could be worse. However, one is too many IMO....
Plus we don't know how many Muslims in the US have that practice...My WAG is there are LOTS more than 8-10k.....
Guess I'm just getting fed up with the whole bunch of folks that can't and don't obey our laws. They can all go back where they came from, or pay the consequences for not obeying our laws. If they are Americans, then jail them. Lots of tracks to run around, with high fences, and books to read, but no TV, and other "niceites"..... Bare essentials, so they don't get too used to liking jail.... |
