I think we all discussed this back in early march when the factoring first became public. I believe this was to maintain share price and book value going into the closure of the DEC deal which happened 2 weeks later. Also at that time CPQ sincerely believed that they would move the inventory based on historical patterns. Asset management was obviously not responsible for much.
