If the intel is credible why won't the White House touch it even though it would partly exonerate them if true? And isn't it funny that after three years searching through Saddam's paperwork we've been unable to find a single shread of evidence backing up any such claims by the Bush apologists.

If this claim were true Bush-Cheney would call a press conference and make sure it was front page news.

I say it's very likely this is self-serving disinformation, like the BS that Saddam tried to kill Bush I, that the NRA armed blacks and that Clinton was handed Osama on a silver player but refused him. Study any of those tall tales and they evaporate into thin air.

Also, since when are Russians credible sources for anything? That's a very shadowy society over there.
