Saville/Trotsky-Blasnick/Reaper/Noland are all on the same page on that...Money supply growth will NOT successfully "reinflate" the economy. It very well may destroy the currency but destruction of failing credits and requirements of escalating debt service continue to devour any extended attempts at reliquification. The graph of M2 to GDP speaks VOLUMES about this. Noland called it "the Law of Diminishing Reliquification", and predicted that the prices that would increase would be that of already inflating assets (energy, homes and bonds in this case). The parabolic bond market says the same thing. Our children will be left to pay the piper (actually, "we" will too, but since it's "our" own fault, I have less sympathy for "us").

BubbleBoy has finished killing equity holders, now he's killing dollar holders. Own tangible $hit that holds it's value, and lots of it if you ever expect to retire. I'm thinking of loading up on ag commodities in the near future, they're bound to go through the roof. Stocks may or may not get it in the neck...could be like Argentina when "investors" stampede out of cash at any cost into anything. Might be time to buy a few tanker cars of Scotch (or Tequila) and Pall Mall's.

This won't be yer granddaddy's depression.
