honey said Speaking about BOB BRINKER, ms queen said: "So show me some evidence that Brinker ACTIVELY HID the trade."

Here's the evidence ms queen:

1. The LAST time that BOB BRINKER offered guidance on (or even mentioned) the QQQQ-trades in Marketimer was in March 2003. He said this: "For subscribers holding Nasdaq 100 (QQQ) shares, we recommend holding for a significant recovery in the shares in the next cyclical bull market."

(A) Note the word ACTIVE. Failure to mention a fact is not active. I'm not saying it's ok, just saying it doesn't fit the definition of ACTIVE.

(B) Brinker never recommends selling into weakness. Right or wrong, that's consistent with his previous practices.

Notice that we are now three years+ into the cyclical bull market and QQQQ is selling at $38.25 this morning--so even his parting shot was WRONG!!!!

Yes, it was, from my point of view and that of others, as we have granted many times. So? I don't think Brinker ever expected the Qs to stay so low for so long. He was wrong, as were many others who were caught by the tech collapse. Feel better? How is that evidence of an ACTIVE coverup?

2. In April 2003 Marketimer, BOB BRINKER added RYOCX to his model portfolios and issued a new buy price for RYOCX as of the close on March 11, 2003.

So? I thought you were still complaining about the "disastrous" Q call and "subsequent coverup"?

3. In April 2006, he "reduced" his model portfolio weightings in RYOCX and now claims to have made a profit.

I wouldn't know whether he's claimed this or not, but maybe he DID make a profit in RYOCX. Stretching a bit, aren't you?

This is one of biggest scams and coverups of all time and people like you are enabling him to get away with it.

Oh my, what an exaggeration. Scam? I've asked you before just how it qualifies as a scam, and how is he profiting for himself from it. And the ONLY thing you have to offer up in that regard is (paraphrased) "he's just doing it to sell more newsletters!" Good grief. Call the National Guard.

"Enabling"? And what do you propose YOU'RE doing with your ongoing anonymous internet vendetta? Accomplishing what? If you're so sure you have any REAL evidence to convict someone of something REAL (as opposed to speculation and opinion, that is) I suggest you DO something real with it. Contact the SEC with your "lead-pipe" evidence.

To be honest, I don't believe that either you or I make any difference whatsoever in Brinker's life and career.
