I will be stunned it a financing is done for under $2.00. I think that management is bright enough to know that doing a financing before they at least have a few deals on the table would be foolish. I expect there to be some new deals announced very soon along with a name change...next comes the Medsite filing...then the financing at double or better today's price...then the IPO
