Well it flies in the face of the NASDAQ requirement for US 5.00 for National Market. I think they took MCF up quickly to avoid those dreaded daytraders noticing. Also, if they keep the stock up, then short covering will come into play here. No matter what the motivation Pearl does not want NASdaq small cap, so the only way to get National is to push this thingup to $7.50+ and keep it there for 30 days.......so to get a New Year listing they have to move it. If you look at this AMs trades, we went through a reasonable consolidation phase at 6.35-6.60 The next hurdle is the 29K at 6.75....that will tell us what they are doing...at the moment its a box top! the Chief
