Do you know what you're talking about? Why are you focused on book value? Book value is completely irrelevant to this company. We are talking about the future here -- not about book value.

Your statement, "I just cannot understand how TSNG will vote on the merger tomorrow when every indication points to a lower stock price,"
indicates to me that you are either a complete idiot or have an agenda. I think I know the answer to that question. Why would TSNG vote for the merger. Well, maybe because it was a $2 stock a month ago and had absolutely nothing going for it, including any operations!!!. Now, it may merge with one of the most promising and rewarding pharmaceutical company to come around in years. Oh gee, but look at its book value of only $6 per share. I guess you're right -- shareholders should vote no and go back to . . .
