The SEC filing was done in July, reflecting typically MSFT's conservative attitude in managing expectations.....nothing new really. Besides, the company announced several quarters back they would defer earnings into the future--and lets face it, neither you nor I know how Bill cooks his books. (IMO, the afterhour trading is not always a good proxy for the next day sitution). Ibexx
