I suppose it depends on how you look at things. RNP and RQI may own similar assets but the way they are managed is different.

RQI is a more focused fund and by that I mean it holds a lot less assets than RNP.

RQI holds 33 equities and 42 bonds. ... RNP holds 36 equities and 124 bonds. Not only does RNP have more bond exposure, it has more preferred and convertible exposure. So, with RQI you get more equity exposure, with RNP more bond exposure.
