RISC looks like a very solid play. Check that volatility in the last week.

Today they announced weaker earnings, but annualized 3Q still gives them a PE of 9. Not bad. Also, they announced that they are looking for ways to maximize shareholder value, given the recent sag, and that includes a sale, merger, joint venture, or whatever. That sounds like GOOD news to me. Could this be another move like last week (down 3, up 3)? I bought some at the close today at $4.50. We'll see what happens.
