This CSCO thing about buying Novl would in my opinion NOT be the best for Novl share holders. Novl has just started to get things turned around where they are profitable. Do you think Eric Schmidt would let someone buy Novl just as their getting every thing working so well? I sure don't want this to happen at this point in time. There is alot of room for Novl to grow in the internet software sector. Novl is at the present time a promising growth stock with products that are needed in every phase of the internet. They will grow much faster alone than with Csco or any other company. In my opinion the share holder will benfit more also. A buy out may produce a quick profit but over the long term Novl will profit more as an individual company. With the management that they have we should see great growth over the next few years. For my part I would veto any buyout. Good Luck to all. Mudrat.
