Sorry, there seems to be a mix up in wording.

I posted the info about the 100,000,000 common and the 10,000,000 preferred. In the UK they refer to the authorized shares as issued shares, so it is 100 million and 10 million "authorized". As you have correctly pointed out, this means relatively nothing unless we know how many of these are outstanding. I believe it to be 34,766,355 as indicated by the transfer agent.
