Stan, your supermarket analogy is an interesting one and could have some merit however, I would not be so quick to postulate/speculate
the nature of the relationship between FTEL and WCOM, since the negotiations continue. Perhaps they could also, serve as a marketing arm? or even go as far as to be a large BUYER of equipment from FTEL, akin to the deal struck by Deutch Telecom and VOCLF? See, Stan, guessing or trying to imagine what exactly Frank, is indeed negotiating could be subject to several scenarios. Not Hype Just not Negative.
