Thanks for the reply and explaination Tom! Still sucks that it worked out the way it did and I am sure there will still be hard feelings but at least you stood up to the plate and did what needed to be done in response to the concerns posted here.

In the future, be sure to alert folks sooner and try to confirm that notification is rec'd, as it was not by rickf obviously as he had already left for LV!

This is simply a bump in the road and a valuable learning process.
