'Special Order 40' on Trial Los Angeles debates the treatment of illegal immigrants Don't hold your breath for any changes which will provide serious help in solving this problem. Villagarosa said in his election campaign that there is no gang or illegal problem in L.A.!!!! This guy, a former city councilman, never saw a gang problem. He wants to be the next governor and is the big name for clinton in SoCal. Chief of Police, Bratton, who wants to be the next FBI guru is of no help. He can retreat back to NY anytime AFAIC.
