Re: MSFT and Linux Should come as no surprise. MSFT is a software company and will compete in any market segment which shows promising growth. Before Windows, MSFT was thought of as tied to DOS. If Linux eventually takes over you can be sure that MS-Linux will be one of the major Linux "brands". It would be interesting to see SUNW's comparable Linux strategy.
