Bidder still flapping from both ends: <Contrary to what CC says Aquiline from my point of view has no assets . If you were sold this issue on the legal case the ethics of that are dubious at best, you may have a case to sue the Brokerage and reclaim your capital. I am not a lawyer but I would defiantly look into that possibility.> stockhouse.com
