Dave, Yes the REITs have done well. The month before ex-dividend seems to offer decent trading opportunities as well. I wasn't really clear, but mentioned the REITs to note how I'm trying to have an income sector ongoing in my portfolio. I'm thinking that a couple of CC plays might fit into this somehow, adding to the REIT income. I may have sounded down on REITs, but I've kind of enjoyed them the last few months. I have one CC going now, selling ENZN Aug 60's for $6, a couple of weeks ago, after buying ENZN at 62.5 and waiting for a slight rise. The stock has been all over the place since, with an upward bias. I'd probably do better with just the stock, but we shall see.
