I was going to diversify in the IRA going w/ AHT mainly for their dividend stream. However in the taxable account was looking at SOHO for the potential capital gain. In IRA/ROTH i will have equal amounts of SOHO and AHT. Sold my AFCO (farmland Reit as it was under-performing in both value and div yield). I will hold FPI my other farmland REIT as their div yield is ok and since my first Dec 2015 Buy I am +20%. FPI continues to grow. EKS
