I have not seen anything on any issues with JPC. Back on April 8th I added it into my sister and her husbands accounts @ $9.38. I believe it is probably just that it is trading at a .59 discount compared to a 52 week average discount of almost 9%. I was thinking of buying, but hesitated and two days later it was up thirty cents and hasn't looked back. Guess I will wait for the next round of interest rate swooning.
