Hi Todd,

Re the annual report... check www.sec.gov; search for Ampex -- you'll
have it all "rite dare". We've pretty much had a chance to get the flea comb out and go through it, so help yourself -- it'll be interesting to see if you find the same areas for questions a lot of the rest of us have had. You also may want to go back and read posts from around the 3/25 era. That's when AXC posted the 10K to the SEC.

Given up on AXC? Naaaah! I'm too far into this stcok with a heavy position to give up. In fact, as long as TA, FA, or any really bad news doesn't indicate a real tanking, AXC is right now in a great accumulation phase. This is just IMHO. Please evaluate for yourself, of course.

I don't think that the suit will have much of an effect on the stock. I also wouldn't be holding my breath for a big KM announcement. I just think that the lack of leading (or misleading) news is just what AXC wants. I mean this in a positive (and not a critical) way. There was just a tremendous amount of volatility over KM and related expectations. I think that AXC management wants the stock to reflect real performance. If that opinion is even remotely true, the stock price may indeed hover between 5-1/2 and 6-3/8 for quite some time. As it beomes clear that AXC can meet the earnings expectations, then the price will begin to appreciate. All IMHO, and of course open and welcome for comment.

Best regards,

Ron
