You realize they only attack things when they are in overbought territory assuring themselves a profit on their short sale.

"Accounts Payable ballooned to 60.137 mil from 3.9 million"
This is due to inventory not yet shipped because of shipping constraints and inventory space at the retailer, and the end of the quarter carry over.

The price protection thing is also discussed in the call as well. An analyst ask them if they had the protection for much longer or if the requirements had changed. They said that it would remain the same going forward. Can't remember the duration though, so I think I need to listen again.

I don't like battle ground stocks....might need to let this one flirt with the 50day avg before considering any new position. You mean to tell me that all those analysts are wrong in their assumptions (myself included,) and the LemonDrop is the know it all authority? I think the stocklemon has gained to much momentum in the marketplace, and need to get a reality check. SEC needs to look at who gets these emails from them, the exact timing of the trades associated with them, and the timing of the release. Could be considered front running, but I am not any kind of legal expert.

Oh well PLM, I guess we keep hunting for the next 10-bagger...as elusive as that is. RGRDS - JT

** Oh yeah the thing about the margins.....their margins will be coming down because they will not be purely tvs anymore due to the Vivitar acquisition. That's the effect of a product mix with low and high margins....you get consolidation. Comparing them to a company that makes calculators,tvs...etc....yeah sharp has low margins due to all these things and the economies of scale they have naturally reduces margins. That's my take.
