Your hate for the Serbs will not remedy of this administration's foreign policy failures in Iraq, other Middle East regions, Somalia, China, Russia (where that babbon Yesltsin is being saved by this administration) etc. Today, Milosavic is more entrenched than he was a week ago. We should have applied all the money economically in Bosnia, Kosovo and isolate the butcher of Beograd. He would fall in no time. Remember, this is the president who had no sex with that woman. (?)
